By: Anil Kumar
Facing the Interview: What To Do Before And During Interview
· Do company research. Know about the company in general and the
department you are being tested for. This will give you the idea
about the type of questions you will be asked and also prepare
for the answers you should be giving. · Identify your skills &
personal strengths and list these in a logical order. Do not
talk about your negative points instead high light your positive
points. · Match your skills to job requirements. By doing so you
will position yourself at an advantage over others having
similar qualifications and experience. · List likely Interview
questions and try to find answers.
During The Interview: Do not unnecessarily get nervous and do
not worry about anything, as that will do you no good. First
thing to remember is to relax and keep your balance. Most
important thing is to have a balanced head over your shoulder
that is what matters now. What is being put to test is your: -
· Turnout
· Body Language
· Listening and verbal skills
· Knowledge
· Sharpness
· Grasping power
